OPEN

OPEN is an intimate invitation.

With life, Truth, and body.

This is a women’s circle with focus on your embodied experience of life.

You are invited to go deep into the wisdom of your body and connect to Truth.

It is a space where you connect deeply with yourself and with other women at the level of body, mind and soul.

As the name suggests, OPEN is space for women to gather and practise the art of opening. 

It is a circle in which we connect,  feel, share and evolve as women.

There will be an emphasis on direct experience and Adrianna will guide you through one of the energetic layers of opening, and a supporting embodiment practise using the four gateways (touch, movement, breath and sound) and hold the space for you to move with Truth (with what is.)

This is a space for women to experience and refine their connection to body, the subconscious and the Feminine.

It is a circle in which we learn to relate to ourselves and others, which is an evolving and dynamic experience.
